Happy Father's Day

Matt's first Father's Day was a special day. Elizabeth slept through most of the night and when Matt woke up at 6:30, Elizabeth was lying right next to him in bed having just finished her feeding. The family then went to breakfast together at Sophia's Pancake House in Grand Ledge. Elizabeth was on her best behavior and there were no tears (including no tears from mom or dad).

After breakfast it was time for photos. Taking one outside on the front step was a good idea, but the sun was in Elizabeth's eyes and the dog didn't want any part of sitting down (shocking, huh?).

Inside proved to be a much better option - notice the toucan on the shirt.

Look At Me

Elizabeth is definitely the star at the Larson household. Every little thing she does is caught on film.

She's learned how to roll over. It took her less than two months, while Fletcher is yet to manage the trick.

She's also learned how to suck on her thumb.

In fact, she so craves to be the center of attention, that she dreads falling asleep and missing out on all the love and adulation coming her way.

Long Awaited Update

Things have been a little busy in Matt's schedule, but things are back to normal for June and with that, it's time for some new photos.

Look at that smile!

We tried a bow in Elizabeth's hair. It looked cute, but she hated it.

Extreme close-up.

Happy Feet

Elizabeth and Anne were sitting on the couch the other day, when Elizabeth decided she wanted to start walking. She didn't go anywhere, as she was sitting on Anne's lap, but she's starting to move her arms and legs quite a bit.
